Digital Photomicrography

Photomicrography has had a new lease of life amongst many microscopists, amateur and professional alike, since the advent of relatively inexpensive digital cameras. Clearly they can't take the place of dedicated microscopical cameras for advanced work, but they have enabled many microscope users to take their first steps into digital photomicrography. Follow the link for my article on the use of consumer digital cameras on microscopes, published originally in the Proceedings of the Royal Microscopical Society, and revised for the Modern Microscopy site. Please be patient - it can sometimes take a little while to download.
